By booking a service with Bright Towing, you agree to the following terms.
Service Agreement
Service pricing is confirmed with you before work begins whenever possible. Final charges may vary based on distance, vehicle type, and job complexity. We do not list fixed public prices online.
Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and cash. Card payments are processed securely. Refunds follow applicable Ontario consumer protection laws and our cancellation policy.
Cancellation
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations after a driver has been dispatched may incur a call-out fee.
Liability
We carry full goods-in-transit insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
